How to make
your own custom lick-and-stick stickers.
Sometimes it is hard to find
just the right sticker for the situation, so why not try and make your
own? Use them on time-lines, in workbooks, for a gift, as rewards, etc.
Here is a great project you can do to
make your own inexpensive lick-and-stick stickers out of the pictures
of your choosing!
Design
your own stickers, print something from the computer, cut pictures from
magazines, etc. Turn
your favourite pictures into your very own stickers!!!
When
the kids are ready to use the stickers that they’ve created, all they
have to do is lick the back of the picture and adhere it to whatever
they want. The dry gelatin is completely tasteless and safe for kids to
ingest. Make sure to provide guidelines about what surfaces are OK for
stickers (paper, notebooks, maybe even a lunch box) and what surfaces
are off-limits (walls, furniture, etc.).
